Who I work with

Adults & Adolescents

You don't need to arrive with a perfect explanation of what is wrong. Sometimes knowing that something feels difficult is enough of a starting point.

Adults

Space to explore emotional difficulties, relationships, transitions, identity, self-understanding, stress and experiences that may feel difficult to carry alone.

Adolescents

A supportive therapeutic space for young people navigating identity, relationships, emotions, expectations, school life and the changes that come with adolescence.

Anxiety & overwhelm

Exploring what happens when emotions, thoughts or expectations become difficult to manage, and developing greater awareness of your own needs.

Relationships

Understanding patterns of connection, conflict, boundaries and communication within relationships that matter to you.

Life transitions

Making space for periods of uncertainty, change, loss, growth or decisions about what comes next.

Self & identity

Exploring self-esteem, identity, belonging and the ways you have learned to understand yourself in relation to others.

For young people

A space that belongs to them.

Adolescence can be a complex period of identity, relationships, expectations and change. I aim to offer young people a space where they can express themselves in ways that feel natural to them and explore experiences without needing to perform a particular role.

Where appropriate, work with adolescents also involves clear conversations about confidentiality and the role of parents or guardians, so that everyone understands the boundaries of the therapeutic relationship.

Starting doesn't require certainty.

Our first conversation can simply be a chance to meet, ask questions and decide together whether therapy feels like the right next step.
